Horse Racing by Vela Gaming: Quick Races for Casino Players

Horse Racing is a racing-themed game from Vela Gaming, a developer that produces slots, table games and a wide range of arcade-style titles for Asian operators. Rather than spinning reels, the game focuses on the thrill of a race: you back a runner, the field sets off and the result decides your prize. It appears among our other games, and you can watch a few races in the free demo above.

How Racing Games Work

Casino racing games follow a familiar pattern. Before each race you see the runners and the odds or multipliers attached to them. You choose a horse, set your stake and start the race. Favourites pay less when they win, while outsiders offer bigger multipliers but come home first less often. Unlike real horse racing, there is no form guide to study: every race is decided by a random number generator, so past results do not predict future ones.

Detailed figures such as return to player and maximum win are not published in the sources available to us. The game’s help screen shows the exact bet types, odds and rules, and it is worth reading before you play.

Fast and Visual

The main attraction is the animated race. Watching your horse make a move down the home straight provides a different kind of suspense from a reel spin. Races are short, so you can enjoy several in a brief session, and the format works well on mobile.

Who Will Enjoy It

• Fans of horse racing and virtual sports
• Players who like choosing between safe and risky picks
• Anyone looking for a change from slots

Because races follow each other quickly, set a budget and a number of races before you begin.

Horse Racing offers a simple, entertaining race-day atmosphere in a casino format. Try it in the free demo to understand the odds and see whether this style of game suits you.
