Monster Bingo: MGA’s Haunted House Video Bingo

Monster Bingo, also known as Monsters Bingo, is a Halloween-flavoured video bingo game from Spanish developer MGA Games. It takes the company’s well-known bingo format and moves it into a haunted house full of gothic characters, including a Frankenstein-style monster. It is a number-draw game rather than a slot, and the free demo above is a good place to learn how the cards and extra balls work.

Cards, Balls and Patterns

You can play up to four cards, each laid out in three rows and five columns. The machine uses a drum of 60 balls and draws 30 of them in each round. Numbers on your cards are marked automatically, and the result is checked against 15 prize patterns, from small shapes to the full card. The more patterns you complete, the higher the payout.

When the main draw ends, you may be offered extra balls, often when you are only one number away from a prize. You can buy up to 13 extra balls as well as a wild ball. These purchases cost extra, and the price changes depending on what you could win, so think carefully before buying.

Four Spooky Mini-Games

Monster Bingo includes four bonus games. In one, you pick windows of the haunted house to uncover prizes; another features a monster race-car round; a third uses a spinner. These mini-games break up the bingo draws and add variety. MGA’s Triple Vista technology is used to present the action across the screen.

Good to Know

• Up to four 3×5 cards per round
• 30 balls drawn from 60, plus optional extras
• Four themed bonus games

Extra balls are where spending can creep up, so set a limit on them before you begin.

Monster Bingo is a fun, atmospheric video bingo that suits players who like seasonal themes and bonus games. Play the demo to see how often you reach the extra-ball stage.
