Love Lines: Eyecon’s Romantic Scratch-Style Game

Love Lines is a small, romance-themed instant game from Eyecon, the Australian studio best known for its bingo-hall favourites. Instead of spinning reels, it presents a three-by-three grid of nine hidden squares that you uncover to see whether a winning line appears. It is quick, simple and fits neatly into a short session. You can try it in the demo above without any stake.

Uncovering the Grid

A round starts once you have set your stake and pressed the start button. The nine squares are covered, and you can either reveal them one at a time, which gives the game a proper scratch-card feel, or use the Reveal All button to see the result instantly. The key symbol is the golden heart: three of them in a row form a winning line, and the grid has three lines in total. Your prize is tied to your stake, so a bigger bet means a bigger payout for the same result.

There are no free spins, bonus rounds or extra layers. What you see on the nine squares is the whole outcome, which makes the game very transparent and easy to understand.

Look and Feel

The theme leans fully into romance. Love letters, heart-shaped sweets, a couple kissing inside a heart and a bottle of champagne fill the grid, while cupids decorate the background. It is a gentle, cheerful style rather than a flashy one, and the visuals are deliberately plain compared with modern video slots.

Is It Worth a Try?

• Rounds are over in seconds
• Rules can be learned in one go
• No hidden features or complicated paytables

The downside of such a simple game is that it can feel repetitive after a while, and players who like bonus features will find little to hold their interest. As with any instant game, results are random, so keep stakes modest and stop when the fun stops.

Love Lines is a neat choice for a quick, light-hearted break. Reveal a few grids in the free demo first and see whether the scratch-card rhythm suits you.
