Gold Rush Scratchcard: Pragmatic Play’s Instant-Win Mining Game

Gold Rush Scratchcard is an instant-win game from Pragmatic Play, created as one of seven scratchcards based on the studio’s popular video slots. It takes the gold-mining theme of the Gold Rush slot and turns it into a quick ticket where you dig through the dirt to see what lies beneath. You can scratch a few tickets in the demo above before deciding whether to play for real.

How to Play

The rule is easy: match three identical symbols to win the prize associated with that symbol. You select your stake, start the ticket and reveal the hidden fields one at a time or all at once. When three matching symbols appear, the win is paid immediately. The most valuable symbol is the dynamite, which is linked to the game’s headline top prize of 250,000 at the highest stake level.

Like most scratch cards, Gold Rush has a lower return to player than many video slots, and a large share of tickets will not win anything. Check the game’s information panel for the exact figures that apply where you play.

From Slot to Scratchcard

Fans of the original slot will recognise the mining tools, gold nuggets and rugged prospector style. Pragmatic Play kept the artwork but removed the reels and features, leaving a pure match-three ticket. The result is a game that takes seconds per round and works smoothly on phones and tablets.

Pros and Cons

• Very simple rules and fast results
• Recognisable theme from a well-known slot
• Large top prize, but many tickets lose

Because each ticket is so quick, consider setting a fixed number of tickets per session. That helps keep play relaxed and within budget.

Gold Rush Scratchcard is a no-frills instant game with a familiar theme. If you like the excitement of revealing symbols and want something faster than a slot, try it in the free demo first.
